Under the guidance of our NEW dedicated Fresh Air Fitness Instructor Simon Howard, you can reach your goals and enjoy the outdoors at the same time.
From the 1st March our very own Simon Howard will be taking over the running of our Fresh Air Fitness sessions. Simon has been working at The Malvern as an integral part of the gym team for 5 years and has a wealth of knowledge and experience as well as passion and dedication.
Unfortunately Scott Butterworth is no longer able to continue to deliver the sessions here and will be finishing with us on the 26th February.
Each 45 minute session is strategically coordinated leaving your body satisfyingly exhausted.

Already a member with us? Fresh Air Fitness sessions are now included in our monthly membership subscription.
Monday 6.45am – 7.30am
Tuesday 7pm – 7.45pm
Wednesday 6.45am – 7.30am
Thursday 7pm – 7.45pm
Saturday 9.30am – 10.15am
Sunday 9.30am – 10.15am
The following Fresh Air Fitness sessions will not be running due to Simon being away on holiday:
