Our exercise studio is air-conditioned for comfort and hosts more than 50 classes per week with a full holistic programme including aerobics, spin, body pump, boxercise, pilates, and yoga.
NEW! Mindfulness classes. Held in the serenity of our relaxation room every Wednesday evening at 8pm and Friday mornings at 7am. Mindfulness is a meditation type class that can help combat stress, anxiety and depression.

A cardio based total body conditioning programme, based on 'max interval training', a faster way of burning calories.
Professional athletes, fitness trainers, and physiotherapists worldwide use Gymstix because it delivers real results. Gymstix works all the major muscle groups as well as the small supporting muscle groups used for balance and coordination.
The Powerhoop workout classes involve much more than just hip twirling! The weighted hoop is also used in a variety of manoeuvres to work all of the body's muscle groups for a full body workout.
Targets all muscle groups using weights and body weight exercises as well as cardio vascular fitness – an excellent full body workout!
- Group Cycling
Inspiring instructors, invigorating music, and entertaining visualisations come together to make spin classes both fun and effective. If you have ever left a group exercise class feeling frustrated, you will appreciate that there are no complicated moves to learn with the spinning programme. Regardless of how fit, flexible or co-ordinated you are, you will get a great workout. Simply hop on your bike, set the resistance to the level that is right for you, and let your instructor guide you through an incredible ride.
- Body Pump
Body Pump challenges all your major muscle groups by using exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. These classes will inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!
- Body Combat
Body Combat is the empowering cardio workout inspired by martial arts. Supported by driving music, you will punch and kick your way through calories to superior cardio fitness!
- Body Balance
Body Balance is the Yoga/Tai Chi/Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength, leaving you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration, and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves, and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
A Hatha Yoga class is a slow-paced stretching class with some simple breathing exercises and seated meditation. This is a good place to learn beginner poses, relaxation techniques, and become comfortable with yoga.
A body-conditioning technique designed to stretch, strengthen and balance the body. Pilates targets the deep postural muscles within the body through a series of exercises aimed at building muscle strength and rebalancing the body. Excellent for improving posture, strength and flexibility and aligning the body correctly, pilates also teaches coordination, concentration and control of the body.
- Fitness Pilates
A training option that focuses on the body as a human kinetic chain. It applies the fundamental pilates technique and exercises as well as aiming to offset musculoskeletal imbalances. It increases muscular balance and strength, improves posture, and facilitates your ability to optimally function occupationally and recreationally.

SH'BAM cut loose during the hottest new workout with fun moves and shakin' tunes. With uncomplicated moves and ultra fun dance combinations, SH'BAM is a 45 minute long class set to 12 different tracks. Each track features unique choreography and is essentially its own stand alone dance routine - the ultimate fun and social way to exercise for all levels of fitness.
