The Retreat will be hosted by our team of world class Wellness Coaches, on hand to support, guide and educate you with valuable lessons on achieving your goals.

Day 1

11:00 am – 9:30 pm

  • Arrival
  • Tour of the facilities
  • Body MOT
  • Bootcamp Class
  • Check into the hotel
  • Muscle toning session
  • Nutrition / team building
  • 40 minute treatment
  • Use of the Spa Facilities
  • Evening Meal
  • Yoga / meditation.

Day 2

7:30 am – 9:30 pm

  • Morning Bootcamp class
  • Breakfast
  • Malvern Hills walk
  • Yoga on the hills
  • Soothing foot and leg treatment
  • Home meditation exercises
  • Smoothie and slumber
  •  Evening Meal
  • Quiz and games

Day 3

7:00 am – 12:00 pm

  • Sunrise yoga
  • Breakfast
  • Resistance band workout (tips for you to train at home)
  • Use of the facilities 12pm.
