Arrival and Parking
Designated disabled parking spaces are available directly outside the hotel entrance, providing convenient access to reception.
The main entrance to the hotel is step free, allowing easy access for wheelchair users and guests with reduced mobility. Our reception team are always happy to assist on arrival if required.
Accessible Bedrooms
The Malvern offers two mixed ability accessible bedrooms, thoughtfully designed to provide additional space and comfort for guests with mobility needs.
These rooms include:

A lift provides access to all bedroom floors, including the first and second floors.
Spa and Pool Access
Our spa facilities are designed to be easy to navigate, with the main spa areas located on one level. For access into the pool there are steps both indoors and outdoors.

Accessible changing facilities are available within the spa area, offering additional space and convenience for guests who require them.
Dining and Social Spaces
Our restaurant and bar areas are fully accessible and located on the same level as the spa. Tables can be arranged to allow comfortable access for wheelchair users and guests who require additional space.

Emergency Procedures
Guest safety is always our priority. In the event of an emergency where lifts cannot be used, evacuation chairs are available to assist guests safely from upper floors. Our team are trained to support guests who may require assistance.
