It's always better together
Our air-conditioned exercise studio hosts more than 50 classes a week with a full holistic programme including aerobics, spin, body pump, boxercise, pilates, and yoga. We also hold mindfulness classes in our relaxation room every Wednesday at 8pm and Friday at 7am.
Our classes can be booked a maximum of 7 days in advance (8 days for platinum members), and are available fromĀ 6.15am - 10 pm every day.
